More Than Gorgeousdrop dead,

who would have thought "us",
a word read,

when life just breaks it?,
what is hope,
when it's all gone?,
what is promise?,
what is fight when,
all your work,
just comes undone,

I can't keep hold,

This isn't losing,
the lost is gone,
this is choosing from nothing,
this is bruising,
my heart it's wrong,

Broken Hearts And Thoughts Of The PastWhen you drop it on my dreams,
you know just what it means,
it's like you really enjoy,
the piercing sound of my screams,
when you step on my heart,
you find pleasure it seems,
we build up different teams,
of love versus regret,
don't you ever forget,
you won't ever get,
the respect i give,
to that effect, you'll live,
the life of regret,
that you built up for me,
don't you see,
i hoped that what we had eventually,
would mentally,
represent the,
times we had,
that lies were bad.

spinning and drowning
in my head, i found

you look gorgeous without make-up,
taking in minutes I lay there,
at you're dreamy state,
I wouldn't mind to stare,
so quiet,
I can almost hear in sync,
the rhythm of our hearts,
making me think,
we're destined,
for the best things,
been through times so testing,
for the moments,
we're resting,
this isn't confusing,
merely our choosing,
not losing site,
of what lies ahead,
of days,
of mornings,
like these in bed,
kissing your forehead,
as if you can feel it,
maybe in a dream somewhere so real it,
settles you down,
brings you home,
makes you feel,
much less
Jealousyjealousy,
the master of all evils,
she doesn't care,
how he or she feels,
sympathy,
that's not how she deals,
the three wheels she drives on,
right behind our heels,

intelligence,
she fakes it,
remakes it,
every little string attached,
she breaks it,
you can't take it,
she's just like a parasite,
when we're right,
involved in the game,
she dictates it,

help us,
we're drowning,
she only ever wants,
to see us frowning,
whenever she's seen,
on the scene of a love story,
everybody's alarm bells sounding.

don't let her,
infect you,
she's a disease,
so please,
don't let her detect you,
if she does,
next time let it pr

and hard to hear voices,
perseverance,
creates easier choices,
make an entrance,
just to exit sage left,
your Independence,
is a product of past theft,
burning the evidence,
of you're crimson history,
learning the relevance,
of what your choice is to be,
so you can help yourself,
remake yourself,
take these other people,
out' yourself,
find yourself,
and remind yourself,
that all you should do is,
let yourself out.

the helpless beats,
of your frightened heart,
makes for a piece,
of wonderful art,
the rhythm and rhyme,
perfectly in time,
you know you'll be ok.

My RealityIf dreams are an insight
to what i mean
then why do i feel like
i'm so unseen
broken bricks
alcoholics and
torn down posters
the sound of snapped twigs
here it is closer
why can't i feel cold
the heat gets to me
i'd be the boy i want
if i'd let me
this open up world
closes in when i sleep
i wish i could dream anything
but i fall too deep
trying to wake up
is tougher than words
people think i'm depressed
but it's not the worst
break me down?
no way! My mind is mine
faking now?

seeing is believing
they taught me
what i see? awake or dreaming?

This sun in a dream-lit sky,
opens up my eyes,

We see what we are,

Feeling helpless,

Lone HeroI wore a crown,
but never had a sidekick,
I played it down,
but never left a note,
I wore the crown,
but never killed a victim,
I heard a sound,
the sound of closed doors,

scenes so subtle,
so cold so evicted,
scenes so damp,
so marked,
so broken,
bricks to break metal,
water to crack glass,
I don't have to run,
my future comes last.

Let me hear the crash,
as the walls fall down,
my defenses un-picked,
un-locked, un-crowned,
fresh green grass,
grows across the water,
soon comes winter,
and I'm so cold.

I wore the cape,
but never kept slaves,
I owed more,
but never paid up,
I wore the cape,
of a justice born cause
The Nature of the Un-NaturalI said I wouldn't let it,
all get the better of me,
then I fell so far,
into this catastrophe,
this nature of the un-natural,
makes me see what's not actual,
I read up on what's factual,
now I'm almost insane,
walk into the rain,
I feel all the dark pleasure,
being soaked to the bone,
is nowhere near a half measure,
of the illness and horror,
going on up above,
I've never felt such a mixture,
of fear, pain and love,
my mind is like a picture,
of a knife through a dove,
I'm not all that you wanted,
when push comes to shove.
What's Still Broken In MeJust writing to explain,
why I feel so plain,
why, now you're so down,
I have nothing to claim,
I know how it sounds,
you're not to blame,
I just don't wanna hurt you,
that'll always be the same.

I still haven't recovered,
no matter what I write,
no matter of the manner,
that I may seem alright,
It still bites at night,
the days are hard too,
I just can't tell you straight,
because what you're going through,
to me, takes priority,
so what I do,
is bottle it all up,
but I'd do that for you,
one day it'll burst,
but I'll be alright,
it won't be worse,
than anything you fight,
when day loses it's bright,
I'll stay under the covers,

as they wait patiently,

it's been three hours now,

The Quiet

you are the tears,
in so many eyes,
you are the voice,
in so many cries,
the red in the faces,
of your sons and daughters,
as they weep,
they spent their last minutes
in your quarters,

the darkest of killers,
utterly invisible,
you'll lose your mind,
lose what's physical,
you mean so much,
although i never met you,
the link we do have,
won't let me forget you.

It sneaks out of nowhere. Cancer. What a horrible thing. It never occurred to me, what a nasty thing it was. That was until it hit me. Not me directly, but it might as well have. Somebody very close to me is losing their father. It affects everyone.
